My ambition is to put the most innovative and powerful digital products and brand experiences to life. It is my goal to give the users a strong experience of empowerment and turn them into dedicated fans and customers.

Leadership

To me, good leadership begins with clarity about common ambitious goals and a big vision. Good teamwork also means constant calibration of expectations, the inspiration of initiative, and a healthy dose of challenging the status quo. It is important to me that every team member understand their individual impact in the group and ultimately on the success of the team. I see myself as a coach, that inspires and paves the way for team members to succeed and empower superiors to stand stronger in their decision-making. Trust, collaboration, and positive team culture are some of the ingredients of a high-performing team. I wish to enable my peers to thrive and succeed by giving transparent feedback, inspire high ambitions and provide positive solutions to roadblocks. I believe that differences in cultural backgrounds, competencies, and sensibilities make for a powerful and holistic development of individuals, teams, and professional performances.

In marketing and digital development, I bridge insightful digital channel- and product strategy, innovative concept development, and energetic project management. I am curious, creative, and courageous at heart, which makes me capable of solving tough innovation challenges and finding feasible solutions fast. I see myself as an empowering, empathetic team leader that balances formal leadership tactics with a holistic and human approach. My happiest moments are when I inspire and develop great work cultures around my projects while pushing for meaningful results.
